The BalancePoint® Protocol

The BalancePoint protocol is an extremely precise dietary plan to quickly reduce your cholesterol. It does so by resetting the metabolic pathways of the body to create an ideal environment which allows the body to heal itself.

The protocol is basically a formula consisting of specific percentages of:

  • Very high lipid or fat content
  • Low carbohydrate content
  • No grains
  • Low protein content
  • Restricted caloric intake
  • These percentages and amounts are tracked and calculated during the day so that you are sure you are within the prescribed numbers. It is important to note that the protocol is precisely engineered. It is not possible to take the general guidelines and guess or estimate the above amounts. We have found, for example, that even a difference of 1 ½ tablespoons of olive oil during the day can shift your balance and give you only 50% of the results.

    During the two-week Jumpstart Program it is vital to do the measurements and tracking. After this period you will develop an awareness of the amounts and therefore will need to check yourself less often, maybe once a week. More importantly, you will have developed an innate sense of what your body really needs. Then you can look forward to choosing which tasty foods you will use to enhance your mealtimes and snacks.
