We have designed a two-week Jumpstart Program to get you on track.
It includes a web-based tool which tracks and automatically calculates how all your food intake during the day fits into the protocol. That way you can get creative or customize your meal-planning and be assured that it balances and complies with the protocol.
We have also published an extensively illustrated and thorough Guidebook which is a companion to the web tool. The Guidebook is a complete “how-to” workbook with useful details on how to carry out the protocol, including helpful hints and additional recipes. Even though geared to the website users, it is still a valuable practical guide for those who do not have web access.
